More Staff When the Server Goes Public?

I was wondering, when the server goes public will players be allowed to apply for staff because this is something I would be interested in as im sure others will be too. From what im aware there's only 4 staff members that I can think of atm pax, gweedo, captian, and taccy there for I think it would be a good idea to get more staff members when the server goes public. What are every one else's thoughts on this?

Technically I am the only staff here, but a good bit of smp and pixel staff have been given ops to help out while they are here IF they wish. They are here just to play like the rest of us and are under no obligation to help any one.

Now that being said, yes, once I finish the ranks, I plan on opening up staff applications to the players that have joined us from our sister communities. Now, tho I am not very familiar with the pixelmon community that you are from, I am blessed with the wonderful staff from there that could give me input on any players that have applied for staff from pixelmon.

I will open up staff applications about 2 weeks before we fully open up to the community.

Ok that sounds cool just out of interest when is the sever going public?

Hopefully after I finish my tower.
