cant connect to the server

hey guys, I seem to not be able to connect to the server no matter what I do. I changed the version several times and each time this pops up.
... well shit i cant post fucking pictures or links for 7 days so here's what it says. "the following microblocks are not installed on this client: tile.ice_1"
any help will be appreciated

I had the same problem with microblocks on my first 3 or 4 attempts at installing feed the beast.  I solved this problem by doing the following steps, which I break down into 3 segments for clarity:

never heard of that issue so im gonna have to say to go with what grims telling you.

You indicated in another topic that you have the wrong version of Java, so I suspect that is still the problem.

Before you do anything, go here to verify your Java installation:
